Whole Food Friday Lunch: December 19

  • vanilla soy yogurt with cinnamon
  • granola
  • blackberries
  • tomatoes
  • half almond butter sandwich

Note:  I know this lunch has some “processed” things in it (ie: bread, granola), but remember my rule about eating homemade most of the time.  Happy weekend!
